1Definitions & Applicability

These Terms & Conditions bkkbd and all of its associated services. "bkkbd," "we," and "our platform" refer to the website https://bkkbd.biz and its applications. "Member," "user," and "you" refer to anyone who has registered with bkkbd or is using its services.

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh and international gaming regulations. In the event of any dispute, the decision of our licensing authority shall be final.

Bkkbd reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Members will be notified of any changes via email or an on-platform notice. Continued use of the service following any update will be considered acceptance of the revised Terms.

2Account Registration

You are required to provide accurate and complete information when registering with bkkbd. In the event of any false or misleading information, bkkbd reserves the right to terminate the account and forfeit any funds held within it.

• Each individual may only open One Account may be opened. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, all accounts will be closed.
• When registering, your Full name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address is required.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Sharing your account with anyone else is strictly prohibited.
• Before Your First Withdrawal KYC (Know Your Customer) Verification must be completed — a copy of your National ID or passport is required.

3Age Requirement & Eligibility

Bkkbd strictly prohibits providing services to minors. Only individuals who are 18 Years of Age or Older Only individuals may open an account and place bets.

We may request proof of identity for age verification at any time. Withdrawals may be put on hold until age verification is complete. If a person under 18 is found to have used an account, all winnings will be voided and deposits will be returned.

If bkkbd is accessed on a shared family computer or device, it is the responsibility of parents and guardians to ensure that children cannot access this site. The use of parental control software is strongly recommended.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

The following rules apply to all payments on bkkbd:

• The payment method used for withdrawals must match the method used for deposits.
• Multiple withdrawals in a single day are permitted, though a combined daily limit may apply.
• In the event of unusual transactions, bkkbd may request additional documentation for verification purposes.
• For Anti-Money Laundering Purposes AML Policy strictly enforced.

5Betting Rules

All betting activity on bkkbd is governed by the following core principles:

• After the Bet Is Confirmed Cannot Be Cancelled — so verify all information before placing a bet.
• Bkkbd reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• If a match or event is fully cancelled, your stake will be refunded.
• If a match is not completed within the scheduled time, the outcome will be determined in accordance with the applicable rules.
• Odds may change at any time during live/in-play betting. The odds at the time your bet is accepted are final.

6Bonuses & Promotions

Bkkbd regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer has its own specific terms, but certain general rules apply to all offers:

• Welcome Bonus: 100% match on your first deposit, up to ৳5,000. A 5x wagering requirement must be met before withdrawal.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7 days. Any unused bonus will be forfeited upon expiry.
• When Betting with a Bonus Maximum Bet Limit may apply — typically ৳500 or 10% of the total bonus.
• If the same person claims the same promotion more than once, the bonus will be cancelled.
• The value of the free bet will be deducted from any winnings generated by that free bet.
• Bkkbd reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bkkbd. Violating these rules may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds:

• Creating Multiple Accounts to Abuse Bonuses
• Using Betting Software or Bots to Place Automated Bets
• Using Another Person's Account or Registering with Someone Else's Information
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions
• Attempting to manipulate betting markets or gain an unfair advantage
• Attempting to interfere with or hack the platform's security

8Account Closure & Suspension

Bkkbd may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• For Breaches of the Terms & Conditions
• Failure to Provide Requested Verification Documents in Time
• If fraud is suspected or evidence of fraudulent activity is found
• By Order of a Court or Regulatory Authority

Members may also voluntarily close their account at any time by submitting a written request to our support team. An opportunity to withdraw any available balance will be provided before the closure is processed.

9Responsible Gaming

Betting is entertainment — it should never be seen as a source of income. bkkbd is firmly committed to responsible gaming. Our player protection tools include:

• Deposit Limit: Set a maximum deposit limit — daily, weekly, or monthly.
• Loss Limit: Set a maximum loss limit for a given time period.
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from the platform for a set period of time.
